Characters for the Kingdom

I really love how you draw everything, especially the hair and outfits. All the line art is extremely smoothe and very well done. I like how it's light and not heavy lines. What program do you use? Also, if you are ever not busy, if you could make a simple tutorial about how you draw bodies, hair, expressions or clothes, that would be very appreciated!
