This is a Don Bluth`s characters, one of my fav! She is very Cute!!! I love this frogy!
She is from Thumbelina`s movies, created in 1993 by Gary Goldman, and Don Bluth in their studios in Ireland  When they made "The Land before time" /"An american Tail"/"All dogs go to Heaven"/"Anastasia" and others..
